About Poonam

Coach for Transformational Leaders

Sixteen years of coaching, and a lifetime of paying close attention to people.

Poonam Yeole

Poonam was born and raised in Pune, in 1978, though not in the city itself. Her grandparents had served in the military, and the family lived in open spaces on the outskirts of Pune, close to the land. That kind of childhood gives you something most people don't get: a lot of quiet time with nature, and with your own thoughts. She grew up paying attention, and it stayed with her. She feels deeply and reads energies and people with ease, and this has become the foundation of her depth and intuition.

Even as a child, her mother would say people should listen to Poonam, and found her clairvoyant. In college, she started noticing that friends came to her for advice, and years later, people she barely remembered talking to would come back and tell her that what she'd said had actually helped. She didn't make much of it at the time. She trained as a nutritionist and fitness coach instead, working with a few well known clients. At seventeen, she started meditating, mostly as a way of staying connected to nature, and found she had a natural pull toward that kind of inner work. She developed spiritually at a young age and gained the power of manifestation. With that much power so early, and having grown up outside the city, she felt she didn't yet have the wisdom to use it well.

So she did what a lot of people do. She went looking for answers in the city, chasing the things that are supposed to mean you've made it: more money, more recognition, more of everything that looks good from the outside. She spent years coaching people who'd reached the top of their fields, and watched closely. What she noticed, again and again, was that a lot of that life is quietly hollow. Not because success is a bad thing to want. It isn't. But somewhere along the way, plenty of people, including some very successful business owners, end up living inside a version of life they never actually chose. They're just running the program everyone else is running. She calls this system "the matrix": a set program that most people live through without questioning. By her estimate, almost 90% of the world's population lives this way, very successful businessmen included.

Wanting a good life, wanting abundance, none of that is wrong. It just shouldn't cost you your wellbeing, your joy, or your freedom.

That's the work Poonam does now: helping business owners build businesses they actually enjoy running, not just ones that look successful on paper. She takes leaders through a process of honest self reflection, helping them see where things have quietly drifted out of alignment, and works with them to find their way back to something that's genuinely theirs.

She chose to focus on business leaders specifically because she's watched the reality of that life up close. Both her father and her husband have run businesses, and she's seen how relentless the decision making is, how much risk a founder carries, and how much of themselves they pour into making it work. She believes someone living through that deserves a good life along the way, not just a payoff at the end of it.

Though her journey as a coach began at Landmark Worldwide in September 2009, and she certified as a professional coach in 2017, she has been a lifelong student of human behavior: what drives a person, what brings joy and fulfillment, and how to build lasting, loving relationships. She does this work through projects, and she knows the different stages of a project and how to live through them. One cannot be at high speed at all times. Sometimes you slow down, pause, realign, speed up, recalibrate, put your head down and do the work, or sit back and allow. That is the space she brings to her work.

Poonam is fully equipped to deliver on this promise, with 16 years of experience in transformational coaching, more than 1000 tools, her spiritual experience, her work with business leaders, and her own unique gifts.
